You may wonder to know that all around the earth, there are several types of pearls. Pearl Earrings, by nature are precious. Real value of an excellent piece of pearls depends upon the color, clarity and the smoothness. Commonly bigger pearls are highly adorned, as it is believed that they are the Fresh Water Pearls . Natural pearls have their own luminous beauty and are qualitatively different from the cultured pearls.
As far as the availability of the pearls is concerned, pink and white pearls are most common among all. Some times, in case of the artificial or cultured pearls, colors or flavors are mixed. These cultured pearls are comparatively cheap and qualitatively poor. People, however, are in love with the fresh water natural pearls that are smooth and round. These pearls can be used differently.
Keshi pearls: Japan is profound with Keshi pearls. Apart from Japan, Australia, France and Indonesia are also known to be the birthplace of these kinds of pearls.
Conch pearl: conch pearls are mainly the natural pearls. Being natural, they are rare and highly expensive. It is utterly difficult to come across a conch pearl and even if found they are sold at extravagant prices. Western part of Florida, U.S.A is abundant with this type of pearl. These pearls are mainly used for making jewelry.
Black Tahiti pearls: this type is a wonder of nature. However, selecting an original piece of the same is quite difficult. They are also expensive and not so common to find. Surprisingly, black pearls are conferred as the most precious gem in the world.
Hanadama pearls: They are popular for the elegance and beauty of this flowerily designs. These are also high quality pearls.
Akoya pearls: special mention should be made about the Akoya Salt Water pearls. They are the most precious and gorgeous pieces found among all category of pearls. Mainly, they are found in Japan.
