Blogging for The Topic or The Readers?
Are you blogging about your subject or are your blogging for the people interested in your subject.
Problogger has an interesting take on this distinction today. And I think it is an excellent point to contemplate. Why do you blog? Are you blogging out of sheer passion for your topic and without a care in the world about who does and who does not read your posts? Or would you actually like someone to take an interest in your chosen subject and even maybe build a following around your blog?
